This package is ideal for a client who is in the beginning stages of planning and wants to be involved in planning, but may not have the time to manage every detail of their dream day.  

Includes Barrett and one assistant, and the following services:

  • Budget management

  • Complete development of color options, theme and design concepts

  • Vendor recommendations, selection and management

  • Negotiation and review of contracts with venue and vendors

  • Confirm all vendor orders and quantities on rental items

  • Coordinate arrival times with vendors for wedding day

  • Create full wedding timeline and distribute to all necessary vendors

  • Handle final payments – including gratuities

  • Assist with selection and assembly of favors, invitations, and other printed materials

  • Guest list and reception seating chart management

  • Assistance with hotel accommodations for wedding night

  • Attend/conduct rehearsal (up to 1 hour)

  • Onsite coordination and management on wedding day

  • Orchestrate ceremony

  • Manage reception setup (seating cards, menus, favors, guestbook, gifts, etc.)

  • Deliver all personal items and wedding gifts the next day

  • Provide marriage license information
